We have many reasons to stay stressed and tired. Overthinking kills our ability to make any decision, affects our physical and mental health, and kills our bond with other people.

It happened to me many times when I started thinking of something too much. Sometimes, I take someone’s small comments personally. After all, I am a human, and humans react.

One thing I appreciate about myself is that I may get upset for a short period, but eventually, I realize that I’m just overthinking. I realize that I am overthinking it, which I shouldn't be doing.

After all, everyone has stress and problems, but that doesn’t mean we should spend too much time thinking about them.

Time is very valuable, and we should always use it properly. What we think throughout our day impacts our life journey. If we think positively, it has a good effect on us; if we think negatively, then our thoughts also become negative.

Overthinking limits our ability to do the right task; we forget the difference between right and wrong. In the past, I found myself unable to make the right decision due to overthinking. This led to increasing stress and anxiety daily.
